NO REFUNDS

*For CRYSTAL HOODIES - every crystal/ rhinestone is hand placed and pressed. Over time you may have a few fall off. This does not mean refund. Every hoodie comes with extra iron on crystal to replace ones that may fall off.  Please remember-to wash the hoodie inside out on cold and dry a lowest setting.

All PURCHASES are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we will exchange it. MEZZANINE COLLECTION  is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting UPS.

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Activity

Chargebacks after receiving the product will result in a full fraudulent investigation. Customers found guilty will be banned from shopping on our site for life.

 

WARRANTY-

IF ANY ITEM HAS A DEFAULT WITHIN 30 DAYS WE WILL REPLACE IT, BUT YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
